1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Spoilr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Spoilr uses Artificial Intelligence to suggest recipes based on your ingredients. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI can make mistakes. The recipes, cooking times, and ingredient combinations generated are for inspiration ONLY.
• You must use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and proper cooking temperatures.
• Spoilr is NOT responsible for any spoiled food, illness, kitchen accidents, or dietary issues resulting from the use of AI-generated recipes.

3. Subscriptions (Spoilr PRO)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spoilr, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app or reliance on any AI-generated content.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes within the app.
